We are looking for an Adobe Workfront Specialist (m/f/d) for a permanent role at an innovative company in the field of sustainable technologies. You will be responsible for the operational management and further development of a central project management tool.

Be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of a company-wide project management system based on Adobe Workfront.
Optimize interfaces to adjacent tools and ensure seamless system integration.
Analyze and improve existing workflows, role and permission concepts, and project structures.
Work closely with business units and IT to make processes more efficient.
Train users, support change processes, and ensure high user acceptance.
Use data analysis to identify optimization potential and support strategic decision-making.

A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
Experience in implementing and managing SaaS solutions, ideally with Adobe Workfront or similar PPM tools
Technical understanding of API interfaces, SSO, and system diagnostics
Willingness to learn basic automation or scripting
Analytical thinking and a structured working style
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Depending on your relevant professional experience, the starting salary ranges between €75,000 and €90,000 p.a.
