- We are looking for an Adobe Workfront Specialist (m/f/d) for a permanent role at an innovative company in the field of sustainable technologies. You will be responsible for the operational management and further development of a central project management tool.
Aufgaben
- Be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of a company-wide project management system based on Adobe Workfront.
- Optimize interfaces to adjacent tools and ensure seamless system integration.
- Analyze and improve existing workflows, role and permission concepts, and project structures.
- Work closely with business units and IT to make processes more efficient.
- Train users, support change processes, and ensure high user acceptance.
- Use data analysis to identify optimization potential and support strategic decision-making.
Profil
- A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in implementing and managing SaaS solutions, ideally with Adobe Workfront or similar PPM tools
- Technical understanding of API interfaces, SSO, and system diagnostics
- Willingness to learn basic automation or scripting
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Gehaltsinformationen
- Depending on your relevant professional experience, the starting salary ranges between €75,000 and €90,000 p.a.
