Your Responsibilities:
- Leading the interdisciplinary intensive care unit as the deputy to the chief physician.
- Providing expert care to patients across all specializations and age groups.
- Contributing to the training and development of medical and nursing staff.
- Participating in on-call duties, including standby and emergency response shifts.
Your Profile:
- Recognized medical specialist qualification in Anesthesiology in Germany.
- Additional certification in Anesthesiological Intensive Care Medicine.
- Mandatory additional qualification in Emergency or Rescue Medicine.
- Experience with renal replacement therapies and percutaneous tracheotomy is advantageous.
- Prior leadership experience is desirable.
- Commitment, initiative, and a process-oriented approach to daily organizational tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and a motivating personality.
