ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a motivated Specialist-in-Training (m/w/d) to join a well-respected medical facility specializing in psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care. This role offers a direct employment contract with the clinic. Our recruitment service supports candidates throughout the application process free of charge until contract signing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients in an inpatient setting as part of a multidisciplinary team under senior medical supervision
- Participating in day clinic and outpatient care, including managing ambulatory psychotherapeutic patients under guidance
- Engaging in on-call duties after comprehensive training (currently approximately 4 shifts per month)
- Collaborating across disciplines with physicians, psychologists, therapists, social workers, and psychiatric nursing staff
- Tailoring psychiatric and psychotherapeutic interventions to the individual needs of patients
YOUR PROFILE
- Medical license (Approbation) recognized by the medical chamber
- Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are advantageous
- Strong teamwork abilities, confident demeanor, and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team
